Green goddess smoothie

Weather is amazing on the island today, and I can’t wait to go for a long walk at the beach coast! Yaaay!! What better way to kickstart your day, than with a beautiful green smoothie full of healthy ingredients to give your body lots of fuel and energy. This breakfast smoothie is one of my favorites and so good. It contains amazing ingredients such as shia seeds which are full of fibers and a really good way to get your omega3, avocado- mother of healthy fats, cucumber which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and rich in vitamins, pear- another source of fiber and is also anti-inflammatory, goji berries which are filled with antioxidants, Spirulina- rich in chlorophyl and incredible high in protein, iron, omega3, 6 and 9 and calcium plus so many other vitamins and minerals, and Spinach- one of my favorite leafy greens that is very high in Iron and vitaminK and A. 


A handful of spinach

two tablespoon shia seeds

Half avocado

 two teaspoons Spirulina ( This superfood is is one of the best I have ever used! I will talk so much more about Spirulina and it’s health benefits very soon)

one pear

half cucumber

A little handful of goji berries blended with the rest

I topped it with some more deli gojis, you can never have enough of this super food 🙂
