Almond shia pudding with blueberries

I might go as far as to say that this is one of my favorite breakfasts! It’s insanely rich and creamy yet so nourishing and healthy. Each time I make this pudding it feels like I am eating dessert for breakfast. Best part is, I don’t even have to feel bad about it! The trick to get it so smooth and creamy is the combination of almond milk, banana which is rich in magnesium, almonds which are high in Vitamin E and biotin, shia which contribute with fiber and the healthy omega3 and raisins which are also full of fiber and iron- such a winning combination! The banana and the soft raisins gives it a wonderful sweetness and the almonds intensify the nutty taste. It is really easy and takes no time to make. I use a blender to mix all the ingredients together and than topped it with some berries. This time I used blueberries, which are my favorites! But you can use anything you like, honey, bee pollen, cacao nips, coconut or even top it with more tropical fruit like pineapple or mango. It is also delicious as an afternoon snack if you are craving for something sweet and filling, but don’t wan’t to get your hands on the cookie jar!


One banana

A palmful of soft raisins

A palmful of almonds

Two tablespoon shia seeds

Plenty of almond milk to make the texture creamy

one tablespoon linseed oil


Mix it all together in a blender, and add you favorite toppings and then it’s ready to enjoy!
